HJ Heinz has expanded its frozen potato range in the UK with the launch of four products.
The company has developed a rustic Mini Rosti to offer an "alternative to chips" and introduced Homestyle Hash Browns to target consumers buying for breakfasts, reported just-food.
Heinz has also added a garlic and herb flavour to its Midweek Mini Roasties line and launched a 1.81kg family bag format of the Aunt Bessie's Homestyle chips.
The products, which will go on sale next month, have been created in response to "consumer demand for comforting, home-style recipes", the manufacturer said.
