| Crisp brand Hula Hoops has launched its Hoopathon in Leicester Square, London, ahead of plans to set a new hooping record.
The brand is an official partner of Sport Relief and along with the help of explorer and TV presenter, Ben Fogle, hopes to raise funds for poor and vulnerable people across the world.
Record holder and La Clique star, Marawa the Amazing, was also on hand to encourage people to start practicing their skills in preparation for setting a new world record at 16 Flagship store Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile events on 21 March.
Thousands of people will aim to simultaneously hula hoop across different locations for two minutes to set a new hula hooping record.
At last week's event Fogle became the first of a string of well known faces to rise to the Hula Hoops Two Minute Celebrity Challenge managing the full two minutes.
Helen Warren-Piper, bagged snacks marketing director said: "We are incredibly excited to be an official partner of Sport Relief. Hula Hoops are a fun snack for everyone and by bringing back a favourite childhood past time the Hula Hoops Hoopathon campaign is set to create a lot of fun whilst raising money for a great cause."
The Hula Hoops Hoopathons are taking place at the 16 Flagship Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile events across the UK on Sunday 21st March. To book a place visit www.hulahoops.com
