Musgrave Retail Partners GB has launched a range of own brand snacks for its Budgens and Londis shops in the UK.
The sharing bags come in five variants - onion rings, cheese puffs, bacon rashers, salt & vinegar sticks and prawn cocktail snacks. Also new to Budgens retailers are six-packs of crisps in three flavours - variety, ready salted and cheese & onion.
The launches were part of an extensive range review on sharing and multi-packs intended to drive sales of crisps and snacks in store, said Budgens and Londis trading director Willie Hamilton.
"As consumers continue to be driven by price, looking for best value, we continue to develop our own brand range, and these new products offer a great product at a great price," he added.
