Seabrook Crisps has employed a new sales director.

Nick Ripley's task is to drive the firm's growth, especially in the South of England, to help achieve the target of reaching an annual turnover of £69 million by 2015.

He has joined Seabrook from Red Mill Snack Foods, where he was commercial director and later multiple sales director when the business was bought by Tayto Group.

Seabrook recently invested £1.5 million in developing a new range of flavours under the ‘goodbye salt, hello flavour' title which will be launched next month.
