Research and Development lab part of expansion plans at Flo-Mech PDF Print E-mail

Flo-Mech has announced major expansion plans for a new purpose built office to house the company's energy and sustainability, health and safety and service departments, as well as a dedicated R&D/demo lab for machinery trials and testing.

Flo-Mech's energy and sustainability department is also expanding rapidly and in May 2010 recruited energy and sustainability engineer, Allan Balata, to work alongside Dr Francois Pierrel in helping their customers to tackle their energy and sustainability challenges.

Balata's wealth of energy optimisation experience gained through previous roles at McKinnon & Clarke and Tate & Lyle is a great asset to the company. The growth of their energy and sustainability department is set to continue as more and more customers seek to utilise our expertise in reducing operating costs and reduce their carbon footprint.
