Meyer Industries and KOFAB Merge to Become Precision Food Innovations (PFI)
Precision, Inc. has recently announced the acquisition of Meyer Industries and the establishment of a new food division and is subsequently announcing the name of its new food division.
Proving that two are better than one, Meyer Industries and KOFAB have merged and become one entity, Precision Food Innovations (PFI). It will capitalize on Meyer’s and KOFAB’s long-standing reputations in the food processing industry.
This newly formed division is under the umbrella of Precision, Inc., an employee owned company, which also has an industrial division known as Precision Pulley & Idler (PPI). PPI enjoys a reputation of high performance conveyor components used in a variety of industries, and both divisions offer innovative product handling solutions and customer-centric manufacturing services.
Customers can expect continued superior service, plus additional engineering and manufacturing expertise which will result in a remarkable experience.
