Registration has opened for the 73rd International Autumn Potato Exchange, which will bring together representatives from across the potato supply chain in Hamburg on September 29, 2026.

Organised by the German Potato Trade Association (DKHV), the annual event will take place at Hotel Hafen Hamburg. Admission will begin at 4:30 p.m., followed by the official opening at 5 p.m., led by DKHV President Thomas Herkenrath.

The association describes the gathering as an opportunity for growers, traders, processors, service providers and companies serving the wider potato industry to discuss market conditions, sector developments and the challenges affecting the supply chain.

The event is regarded by the DKHV as an important barometer for potato marketing conditions, with company presentations providing the setting for an afternoon and evening focused on business discussions and industry networking.

Companies can also book presentation opportunities to showcase their products and services to attending potato-sector professionals.

The participation fee is EUR149, including VAT, for DKHV members and EUR185 for non-members. Travel and accommodation are not included.
