Potato Expo 2027 Expands Exhibition Hall for Denver Return

Registration has opened for Potato Expo 2027, which will bring the potato industry to the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in the Denver area, Colorado, from January 5-7, 2027.
The event will bring together growers, suppliers, researchers and other potato industry representatives for a programme covering production, processing, technology, sustainability, markets and business strategy.
Organizers said the exhibition area has been expanded for the 2027 edition, with the Expo Hall set to be 28% larger than at Potato Expo 2023 in Denver. The increase represents nearly 25,000 additional square feet of exhibition space.
Demand from exhibitors has also been strong. At the time registration was announced, organizers said 75% of the show floor had already been sold, including 13 booths booked on the first day of sales.
The exhibition will feature equipment, technology, products and services for businesses across the potato supply chain, while the conference programme will address research, emerging technologies, sustainability, market developments and other issues affecting the sector.
Potato Expo is one of North America’s major annual meeting points for the potato industry, bringing together companies and organizations involved in production, processing and associated technologies and services.
The Denver event follows Potato Expo 2026 and marks a return to the Gaylord Rockies venue, which also hosted the 2023 edition.
