Potato Expo has announced the sessions and speakers for the January 10-12, 2018 event, to be held in Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando, Florida.

The fair will bring more than 2,000 growers, suppliers, and experts in Florida, at the largest conference and trade show for the potato industry held in North America.
