SNAXPO18, the world’s largest, most comprehensive trade show devoted exclusively to the international snack industry, will bring together the global snack industry to fuel imagination, spark new ideas, enable development and production, and equip attendees to answer the demand for tomorrow’s hottest snack products.

The trade fair takes place March 12-14, in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.

Insightful keynotes will provide attendees with the resources they need to stay on top of the trends and ahead of the curve.

The organizers announce two keynote speakers set to bring insights and innovative thinking to the event.

Best-selling author and marketing professor at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Jonah Berger will welcome industry manufacturers, marketers and suppliers from around the world on opening morning, March 13. Dr. Berger has spent over 15 years studying how social influence works and how it drives products and ideas to catch on. He published these insights in his New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-seller, “Contagious: Why Things Catch On” and in his latest release, “Invisible Influence”. Dr. Berger has helped organizations from Fortune 500 companies to small start-ups, and multinationals to non-profits drive new product adoption, sharpen effective messaging, and develop marketing strategy.

Wednesday, March 14 will feature a motivational and inspirational keynote from former SEAL Team Six leader and New York Times best-selling author Rob O'Neill. O'Neill will share lessons drawn from his experiences.

What’s in Store at SNAXPO18

SNAXPO’s second annual Flavor Pavilion is the place where “global seasonings meet fearless flavors”, according to the organizers.

Exhibiting flavor and seasoning suppliers will showcase their latest in flavor profiles on the trade show floor. Innovations flavors will be presented at the Flavor Pavilion, such as gochujang, cucumber onion salad with dill, scorpion pepper and cheddar. SNAXPO attendees will have the opportunity to sample flavors in show and decide who will take home the SNAXPO Flavor of the Year Award. 

SNAXPO Innovations Hub will be located outside of the exhibition hall; the hub will feature only the most recently introduced technologies and innovations. Any snack manufacturer looking to up their game, maximize product quality and stay on the leading edge of the evolving snack category should visit this hub.

Networking events provide the advantage of peer-to-peer meetings. They are held throughout the event, and talks will include staying on top of the trends and ahead of the curve.
