According to FoodeQ’s Product Manager, Piet Oostdijk, the H-Flow conveyer ensures product damage is limited to a minimum. Thanks to the adjustable horizontal back-and-forth motion, the technology enables a smooth transport-flow of the product. What’s more, H-Flow can be modified exactly according to customers’ wishes to ensure that it suits their exact needs, as well as allow for a seamless integration in their production environment.
Furthermore, H-Flow also offers a large throughput without. FoodeQ says that seasonings, oil, and other coatings do not build up in the pan and this, in turn, reduces the cleaning downtime. This non-vibratory technique also makes sure that there is no segregation of product mixture. Finally, H-Flow conveyors are driven by low-noise servo drives and this system reduces conveying noise compared to traditional shaker technology.
