Lay's has revealed the flavors of its new "Tastes of America" line of chips. 

Each of the eight limited-time varieties represents a different part of the country: deep dish pizza (heartland and mid-America), lobster roll (northeast), fried pickles with ranch (Midwest), cajun spice (gulf coast), pimento cheese (south), Thai sweet chili (Pacific northwest), chili con queso (southwest) and crab spice (Atlantic).

The new chip flavors are the most the brand has ever released at one time.

"Lay's knows how significant local cuisine is to Americans," said Lay's director of marketing Sarah Guzman in a press release. "We couldn't think of a better time of year to bring these flavors to our fans because between barbeques, food festivals and outdoor fun, summertime truly is the most flavorful time of year."

The company is making the flavors available only in the region where they originated. Lay's also announced it is bringing back popular regional flavors from past years, including wavy west coast truffle fries out west), ketchup in the northeast, and wavy fried green tomato in the southeast.

The special chip flavors will be available until September 23.
