Cape Cod Launches Limited Edition Chips in Support of a Good Cause
As we head into October, Cape Cod is bringing back its limited edition chips in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The snack company has partnered up with the Susan F. Smith Center for Women’s Cancers at Dana-Faber Cancer Institute to release the Pink Himalayan Salt & Red Wine Vinegar potato chips. For every purchase, Cape Cod will be donating 12 cents (5%) to support research towards finding a cure.
As with all Cape Cod potato chips, the new flavor is crafted with quality ingredients and cooked in kettles for the distinct Cape Cod crunch and golden hue.
“We are proud to further support our New England community by continuing to donate to the world-renowned Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. This limited-edition offering not only tastes great, but it also gives our fans a great way to become involved in this important cause,” says Aaron Torchio, director of marketing for Cape Cod.
The chips are available during the month of October in most major grocery stores across the U.S. including Publix, Walmart, Stop & Shop, Shaw’s, Hannaford and Market Basket.
Apart from the Pink Himalayan Salt & Red Wine Vinegar flavor, Cape Cod’s latest flavors include Summer (Cracked Pepper and a Hint of Lemon), Lightly Salted (60% less Sodium) and Jalapeno Ranch (Waves).
