Miss Vickie’s Revives Restaurant-Inspired Chip Range for 2026 Launch

PepsiCo Canada’s Miss Vickie’s brand has reintroduced its limited-edition Ristoranti Series, bringing back three restaurant-inspired kettle-cooked potato chip flavours developed in collaboration with Canadian restaurants Pizzeria Badiali, Ask For Luigi and Nora Gray.
Ahead of the retail launch on July 12, the company is offering 100 consumers the opportunity to reserve a complimentary “Chip Kit” containing all three flavours. Available on a first-come, first-served basis from June 26, the kits also include notes from each restaurant and a numbered reservation card.
The campaign follows the 2025 debut of the Ristoranti Series, which PepsiCo says generated strong consumer demand as shoppers searched for the limited-edition products after they reached retail shelves.
“The Ristoranti Series demonstrated last year that Canadian consumers have a real appetite for snacking experiences that don’t compromise on craft. Bringing it back was an easy decision. The reservation is how we honour that demand and bring it to the consumers who’ve been waiting,” said Lisa Allie, Senior Director, Foods Marketing at PepsiCo Canada.
The three returning flavours were developed to reflect signature dishes from the participating restaurants through collaboration between the restaurants and Miss Vickie’s research and development and culinary teams.
The range includes Cacio e Pepe, created with Vancouver’s Ask For Luigi; Vodka Sauce Pizza, inspired by Toronto’s Pizzeria Badiali; and Spicy Pepperoncini & Focaccia, developed with Montréal restaurant Nora Gray.
Jennifer Rossi, co-founder of Ask For Luigi, said: “Cacio e Pepe is three ingredients – it has nowhere to hide, and neither does this chip.”
Ryan Baddeley, owner of Pizzeria Badiali, added: “We don’t put our name on things lightly. This one earned it.”
Emma Cardarelli, co-founder, co-owner and chef of Nora Gray, said: “There are people who come to Nora Gray just for the focaccia. The fact that the chip makes you want to go back for more is the whole point.”
Miss Vickie’s said the flavours were developed through in-restaurant tastings, dish analysis and multiple seasoning iterations to recreate the taste of each restaurant’s signature dish in potato chip form.
The Ristoranti Series will be available at retailers across Canada from July 12.
