tna has launched an Arabic language website, underlining the importance of the Middle East region to the company’s global business strategy.
Located at www.tnasolutions.ae, and customised for the needs of the Middle East region, the new website reflects tna’s integrated food packaging and processing solutions and provides an online resource for its customers across the Middle East.
The new Arabic website gives visitors an insight into tna’s latest news, event updates and product innovations, such as the tna intelli-weigh 0328 omega multi-head twin scale that was launched at Gulfood Manufacturing, the tna intelli-flavOMS 5 seasoning system and the tna robagFX 3ci high speed vertical form fill and seal (VFFS) bagger.
Arabic-language technical white papers and product brochures can also be downloaded at the touch of a button via the site’s online resource centre.

Q: Why did tna consider an Arabic website necessary?
A: The Middle East is a prosperous and successful region for the food packaging and processing industry, and it’s one that holds great promise for tna too. The economy there has experienced significant growth over the last few years, which in turn has raised consumers’ disposable income. This, in conjunction with a growing population and changing lifestyles, has led to increased demand for packaged goods. More and more people are looking for on-the-go food, such as extruded snacks or dried fruits and nuts. Furthermore, spoken in over twenty countries, Arabic is now the fifth most common native language in the world. As a result, tna is well placed to serve the needs of this growing market with its innovative packaging and processing solutions. In addition to our dedicated on the ground team, we felt it was also necessary to create a website that is tailored to the people in the region. This allows us to provide round the clock support and information to new and existing customers across the Middle East, demonstrating our commitment to excellent customer service – something on which we pride ourselves.

A: Over the last twelve months tna has gradually grown its team in the Middle East in an effort to serve the needs of this ever expanding market. This means that the team now has more support than ever to develop tna’s connections across this vast region, and provide support to customers no matter where they are.

A: In total the project took approximately six months to complete – this included translation of all website content and building the actual site.
