Bloomberg/Business Week has reported that Lance Inc and Diamond Foods Inc are among manufacturers keen to take-over Kettle Foods.

PepsiCo Inc is also believed to be interested in bidding for the premium potato crisp brand.

A deal is said to be imminent with an announcement expected within the next few weeks.
