Tummers Group Unveils New Organizational Structure
Tummers Group recently announced a complete restructure of its organizational and strategic strategy in response to changing market needs across multiple industries. The move is intended to ensure flexibility, growth, and sustainability for future generations.
Tummers Group’s transformation lays the groundwork for long-term stability, satisfying current and future market demands.
In his new position as Chairman and Owner of Tummers Group, Erwin Tummers, the former CEO, will be in charge of all Tummers operations from a high-level standpoint. As the CEO of Tummers Group, Lennaert van Dijk, formerly the Managing Director of Tummers Food Processing Solutions, will be responsible for both strategic and tactical duties. As the Managing Director of Tummers Metal Solutions, Ricardo Moerkens will take over as the Group’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), supervising all production activities. As CFO, Richard de Bekker will continue to complete the leadership group.
Tummers Group will function more unified under a division-based organization as a result of this structural modification. Tummers Food Processing Solutions, Tummers Metal Solutions, Tummers Simon Dryers Technology, and the recently established Tummers Kiron India are among the business divisions that will operate within the Group framework and take advantage of shared services like IT, HR, Marketing, and Administration.
“We are evolving to stay ahead. As we grow, our focus remains on sustainability, certainty, and innovation in technology. We are evolving to stay ahead. As we grow, our focus remains on sustainability, certainty, and innovation in technology. While we are a manufacturing company at our core, our approach is increasingly aligned with that of a technology company,” Erwin Tummers mentioned.
“Our collaboration with Siemens underscores this shift as we also expand our digital services, enhancing capabilities such as spare parts ordering, access to manuals, and online monitoring of machine and line performance for predictive maintenance. These advancements minimize downtime and boost efficiency through intelligent AI and custom software, driving smart-, sustainable-, and energy-efficient solutions. Tummers Connect exemplifies this ambitious step toward a more connected and sustainable future.” says Lennaert van Dijk, CEO of Tummers Group.
Tummers’ dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions that benefit both customers and the environment is demonstrated by the recently extended E2E product line and the impending launch of Tummers Connect. With interesting initiatives in the works, Tummers Group is constantly looking for new ways to expand its sustainable impact.
One of the main components of Tummers Group’s business strategy is market expansion. While Tummers USA is slated to develop into a regional hub offering sales support, service, and spare parts, Tummers Kiron India will soon supply sales, spares, and service as well as, eventually, local production capabilities.
“With this restructuring, we are taking our first step toward a future that’s dynamic, sustainable, and client-centered. We are excited to strengthen our capabilities globally and support our customers even more effectively,” Lennaert van Dijk concluded.
