The speaker programme for next year’s International Potato Processing and Storage Convention is developing very quickly and positively.

Already the programme is half way to capacity and features a good mix of speakers from around the world. with a spread of speakers coming from universities and industry, offering high levels of expertise.

The United States, Kenya, Latvia, the United Kingdom and Canada will be represented at the Sonesta Hotel in downtown Philadelphia at IPPSC from June 4-6.

The three-day programme begins with developments in storage and moves through to processing technologies.

More presentations will be joining this exciting line-up, which also features three end-of-day discussion forums (Sprout Control; Sanitation and Sustainability).
