Fam Stumabo will introduce two new cutting machines during the upcoming Pack Expo. Among them is the SureTec 240, a powerful dicer that can handle multiple varieties of fruits and veggies. It is a high-capacity device that ensures maximum output under demanding production conditions.

Featuring the SureCut Unit, the SureTec 240 is the latest addition to the company’s wide range of fruit and vegetable cutters and is ideally suited for frozen vegetables and large fresh vegetable processors.

“It allows processors to dice […] harder root vegetables like carrots, turnip and celeriac. Other applications are beetroot, broccoli, onions, and potatoes. The large drum accepting a maximum infeed product of 9.44“ in any dimension limits the need for pre-cutting. The machine features the unique concept of the SureCut Unit (SCU), which allows the cutting components to be pre-assembled in one piece and perfectly adjusted, away from the machine,” according to a recent press release.
