Provisur is ‘Pushing Boundaries’ at Anuga FoodTec 2024

At Anuga FoodTec, from 19th to 22nd March 2024 in Cologne, Provisur Technologies will be presenting innovations from its Further Processing, DMC (Defrosting, Marinating, Cooking), Slicing, and Separation business units under the motto ‘Pushing Boundaries’.
The STS belt separator range with a capacity of up to 5,000 kg/h pulls the product through while pressing against a perforated drum. Adjustable mechanical pressure causes the soft parts to pass through the holes in the drum, while the hard components remain on the outside of the drum. This technology is also ideal for products such as potatoes, fruit, or vegetables, e.g. for ready meals, but it is also for depackaging defective or preempted food.
The equipment and systems represent increased productivity, superior product quality, and increased yield. In Hall 9.1, Stand B-040-C-059, Provisur Technologies will showcase its extensive line knowledge. The equipment on display may be effortlessly incorporated into entire systems.
