Flavor application experts Spice Application Systems (SAS) will be banging the drum about electrostatics on the company’s stand at SnackEx, stand number 709.

On display will be its innovative drum flavoring equipment – complete with a specialist non-breakage system for fragile snacks; a flatbed flavoring system with an in-feed tray and wire belt; and an innovative electrostatic control system.

Designed to maximize flavor application and reduce powder wastage, SAS’s equipment has already been installed on more than 2,000 production lines around the world.

Based in Oxfordshire, UK, SAS has recently expanded its facilities to cope with demand from the food sector and facilities include a large demonstration area for manufacturers to trial new snack flavors.
