British retailer Asda has introduced Extra Special Wagyu Beef Dripping Roast Potatoes –providing Brits with a new assortment to accompany their Christmas meal.

The potatoes are coated in wagyu beef from premium cattle reared in Scotland, where the rearing and feeding method follows tried-and-tested guidelines to make tender beef. 

An Asda spokesperson comments: “No Christmas dinner is complete without golden roasties, and this year we want to make them extra special by pairing them with the holy grail of indulgence; wagyu beef dripping.”

Asda’s Extra Special Wagyu Beef Dripping Roast Potatoes are available from November 4 nationwide for under GBP1.70.
