Mash Direct Launches Home Delivery Service

The vegetables are available for delivery across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland from the Mash Direct family farm in County Down. The service has lots of delivery slots available and provides convenience to busy customers and their families and is now needed more than ever in the fight against COVID-19, as people are required to isolate at home.
Jack Hamilton, Chief Operations Officer at Mash Direct, explained: “We are a sixth-generation family farm and our heritage was delivering vegetable boxes to the doors of our customers. We are simply going back to our roots to do home deliveries and combining that with the modern e-commerce shop on our website. This way we can deliver fresh local vegetables to everyone’s doorsteps. We are also very happy that we have lots of delivery slots available and are aiming to ramp up this service to be able to carry out daily deliveries if needed.”

Mash Direct also initiated a campaign to help job seekers find work by launching Feed the Nation NI (www.feedthenationni.com), a new employment match-making service in Northern Ireland.
