Gulfood Manufacturing Showcases Full F&B Tech Spectrum
Gulfood Manufacturing (November 7-9, 2016) aimed to serve the full F&B processing value chain in Dubai, UAE, with three show sectors: Ingredients Middle East, ProPack MiddleEast and Logistics Solution Middle East.
The fair showcased innovations from 1,600 international food manufacturing solution providers from 58 countries at its third edition. More than 30,000 global visitors visited the show dubbed “the Olympics of the food manufacturing industry”.
Ingredients Middle East showcased essential ingredients to improve taste, aroma, color, texture, nutrition, production, storage, transport and shelf life. All decision-making professionals were present, including importers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, consultants, researchers, academics and quality control regulators, with over 1,500 global suppliers participating in Gulfood Manufacturing.
ProPack Middle East covered all food manufacturing areas with a special focus on meat, fish processing, dairy, beverage, bakery, confectionery and convenience food industries. The Dubai World Trade Center was the meeting ground for owners, engineers, researchers, product developers, food safety regulators, food technicians, food scientists, maintenance managers, marketers, brand managers and product managers.
Logistics Solutions Middle East
Food-specific logistics remain a core component of the UAE logistics industry, which was worth AED99bn in 2015. Logistics Solutions Middle East was the focus of all those involved in materials handling, transport and commercial vehicles, IT and technology solutions, warehousing, as well as operators, and facilitators and service providers.
