Fruit Logistica 2025 lays the foundation for industry expansion and cooperation with more than 2,500 exhibitors, ground-breaking technologies, and innumerable networking possibilities.

The premier trade fair for the fresh produce industry worldwide, Fruit Logistica, continues to be the top destination for professionals from across the world to maintain and increase their professional networks, exchange ideas and trends, and develop their businesses.

It is anticipated that the event, which will return to Berlin from February 5–7, 2025, will draw more exhibitors and attendees overall than any other produce sector show. With over 2,500 exhibitors expected to participate from 86 countries, it will be the largest and most international meeting of fruit and vegetable industry firms worldwide.

Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and France remain its top five countries in terms of exhibitor numbers, but the number of companies taking part from Asia, the Middle East and North Africa, and Africa is also set to grow.

More exhibitors are expected from the UK, India, China, Turkey, and Vietnam – the latter has more than doubled its presence – while exhibitors from countries including Sri Lanka, Singapore, the Philippines, Mauritius, and Iran make a long-awaited return.

Innovation in Focus

Fruit Logistica continues to reflect the dynamism of the fresh produce industry. New for 2025 is an expanded, three-day Startup World, which shines a light on groundbreaking solutions and emerging technologies that can bring new success to the fresh produce industry. And there’s plenty more to be found at the event thanks to the online series Fruit Logistica Spotlights, a handy guide to some of the show’s leading innovations.

That growth is reflected in this year’s Fruit Logistica Trend Report. Titled ‘Future Trends in Fresh Produce Supply’ and available to download for free, the report is an essential resource for industry professionals navigating challenging markets and one that offers valuable insights into emerging supply chains, new sources of produce, and transformative market developments.

On the Farming Forward stage in Hall 3.1, the focus will be on artificial intelligence and sensors, technology and science, efficiency, and controlled cultivation conditions.

This year, Fruit Logistica’s final day culminates in a celebration of the fresh produce industry.
