Landjuweel B.V Launches New Fresh Potato Range for Private Label

Landjuweel B.V. – a company that specializes in washing, sorting and packaging potatoes for the retail market – has unveiled a line of new fresh potato products for its private label customer, Deen supermarket.
The new options include two floury potato variants (one of them organic), sweet potatoes and potatoes for boiling. They are available in bags from 1kg to 4kg.
Landjuweel is a Dutch family business that was established almost 100 years ago. In 1922, Wolter Werkman began trading in potatoes, vegetables, and fruits. But it was not until the ‘60s that the company specialized more and more in table potatoes and supplying retail businesses.
Today, the company supplies a wide range of fresh potato products including “Le Bistro” line up which is a brand inspired by the look and feel of “petit” French bistros where customers can order small dishes. Landjuweel also sells the Jongens van de Klei series which is a product range of traditional Dutch potato species including Bildstar, Eigenheimer, Irene, Nicola, Frieslander and others.
