HZPC Americas Corp. revealed their newest member of the North American team recently. Deron Beck became the new Product Manager on December 1st, 2023. With fifteen years of expertise in developing vegetable varieties and conducting research, Deron is a valuable resource for HZPC Americas Corp.

Deron is an Idaho native and native of the “potato state.” He graduated from the University of Idaho with a master’s degree in plant science. Deron has mostly worked with potatoes, onions, carrots, sweet corn, and peppers in the western portion of the U.S.

“I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge with and gaining new perspectives from our customers all across North America in this new role,” Deron said.

President Aron Derbidge added that his company is excited to have Deron’s expertise and passion on the team.

“Deron’s experience and understanding of the needs of our growers make him a natural fit for the changing face of HZPC Americas. Deron is furiously working away on trial planning for this coming season and we look forward to his guidance both in the lab and field,” Derbidge mentioned.
