Elea Celebrates New Quakenbrück Headquarters with Industry-Focused Events and Live Demos

Elea Technology GmbH, the global leader in Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) solutions for the food industry, has announced the grand opening of its new headquarters in Quakenbrück. The facility will be officially inaugurated through a three-day series of events from June 18 to 21, 2025, aimed at food professionals, partners, and the public.
The celebration underscores Elea’s role in transforming food processing with PEF systems, widely used in snack and potato processing to enhance product quality, improve slicing and drying efficiency, and reduce oil uptake—all while supporting sustainable production goals.
Three Days of Innovation and Industry Engagement
The event kicks off with Inauguration Day on Wednesday, June 18, from 4 PM to 9 PM, featuring a formal ceremony, guided tours, and live demonstrations of Elea’s latest technological advancements. The guest list includes regional dignitaries such as Michael Buergel, Mayor of the Joint Municipality of Artland, and Peter Vahrenkamp, Managing Director of WIGOS.
Discover PEF Day on Thursday, June 19, is designed for industry professionals with a particular focus on drying and snack applications—of high relevance to potato processors. The day includes user experience sessions and live technology demos, with presentations from Alica Lammerskitten (Frudist) and Madita Kirchner (Elea Technology). The session runs from 9 AM to 3 PM and includes networking and lunch.
On Saturday, June 21, the program opens to the public from 3 PM to 6 PM. Local residents and families are invited to tour the new facility, explore interactive displays, and engage in family-friendly activities.
