Lamb Weston Has Hired Sylvia Wilks as Its Chief Supply Chain Officer

Sylvia Wilks has joined Lamb Weston Holdings as the Chief Supply Chain Officer, the business just announced. Wilks will oversee the manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and continuous improvement departments of the business’s global supply chain.
In her position, Wilks contributes over thirty years of supply chain expertise from the manufacturing of food and beverages, consumer packaged goods, automobiles, and retail. She comes to the firm from REI, where she served as the inaugural Chief Supply Chain Officer and implemented successful supply chain initiatives that enhanced service standards while lowering costs.
Before her time at REI, Wilks held supply chain leadership roles at TireHub LLC, a joint venture between The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and Bridgestone Americas, Inc., as well as at Kimberly-Clark Corporation and Starbucks Corporation.
