Delkor Introduces EVO Case-Packer and Rapid-Delivery Cartoning Technology at EATS

Delkor Systems will debut its new EVO Series Case Packer at EATS 2025, taking place October 28–30 at McCormick Place in Chicago. Visitors can view live demonstrations of the system at booth #2342, along with Delkor’s Trayfecta® S Series Former and S Series Closer.
The EVO Series is described by the company as its most advanced case-packing technology yet, combining compact design, high payload capacity, and flexible operation. Each robotic cell occupies only five feet of line length and can handle products ranging from lightweight retail packs to 30-pound bags. The patent-pending design also integrates Delkor’s corrugated warp-correction technology to ensure consistent case performance, even with imperfect board.
“Faster, smaller, smarter” is the message Delkor brings to the show, highlighting modular scalability that allows processors to increase speed without sacrificing efficiency. The system’s quick changeovers and broad format range make it suitable for both retail and foodservice packaging lines.
Delkor will also feature its Trayfecta S Series Former, capable of forming up to 150 cartons per minute with 99.5% availability, and its S Series Closer, which uses patented Intelligent Positioning® technology for precise alignment and speeds of up to 200 packages per minute.
Rick Gessler, Delkor’s vice-president of engineering, will present “Justifying Robotic Automation: Financial Tools and Real-World Insights” at The Sweet Spot theater on October 28, 3:00–3:30 p.m., outlining how processors can assess and implement automation projects for maximum return.
