Showcasing Fabcon Food Systems’ Batch and Continuous Frying Machinery

This year at Snackex, Fabcon Food Systems will be showcasing its British-built machinery for batch frying of potato chips and continuous frying of pellets.
Fabcon’s gas-fired CFS batch frying range for artisan-style chips is available for outputs from 120 to 300 kg/hour offering unrivaled energy savings and fuel efficiency, plus an exceptionally small footprint.
The PFS pellet fryer, available for throughputs of 200 to 2,000 kg/hour and above, handles the increasingly popular 2D and 3D shapes of grain, vegetable, and pulse-based pellets. Heating can be direct gas-fired or by indirect thermal fluid, while low oil volume and short oil turnover times ensure optimum oil management, resulting in excellent product texture, quality, and shelf life.
Both fryer types are complemented by Fabcon’s popular range of downstream distribution and seasoning equipment, as well as upstream feeding systems.
