Urschel To Showcase DiversaCut 2110A And KRONEN GS 10-2 At Food Processing Expo 2026

Urschel will present two of its industrial cutting systems at the 2026 Food Processing Expo, organised by the California League of Food Producers, taking place February 4–5 in Sacramento, California.
At booth #509, the company will feature the DiversaCut 2110A® Dicer with integrated discharge conveyor alongside the KRONEN GS 10-2 Slicer, reflecting Urschel’s focus on large-scale, continuous food processing applications.
The DiversaCut 2110A® is designed for high-capacity slicing, dicing, strip cutting, and shredding in continuous production environments. According to Urschel, the machine accepts infeed products of up to 10 inches (254 mm) in any dimension, reducing the need for pre-cutting and supporting labour efficiency and waste reduction. The compact cutting zone is intended to deliver consistent cut precision at industrial throughputs, while the built-in conveyor allows direct discharge into totes or downstream conveying systems.
Also on display will be the KRONEN GS 10-2 Slicer, a belt-fed system that Urschel began offering in 2025 as part of its cooperation with KRONEN. The GS 10-2 is positioned as a multifunctional cutting solution for slicing, dicing, shredding, grating, and segmenting across a wide range of food products. Product is fed via a 5-inch (125 mm) integrated conveyor, with cut thickness adjusted through keypad-controlled speed settings rather than knife changes. Urschel highlights the machine’s interchangeable cutting discs, stainless-steel construction with separated food and mechanical zones, and washdown-oriented hygienic design.
Urschel stated it will use the event to demonstrate how both systems can be integrated into industrial processing lines and reiterated its ongoing support for the Food Processing Expo and its role in the international food processing sector.
