NSSPL and VH Vertical Packaging Target Global Demand for Ready-to-Eat Potato Products

Natural Storage Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (NSSPL), a specialist in turnkey cold storage and potato processing systems, has announced a strategic partnership with VH Vertical Packaging, a globally recognized innovator in automated packaging technologies.
The collaboration brings together NSSPL’s expertise in end-to-end processing for French fries and specialty potato products with VH Vertical Packaging’s advanced solutions in high-speed, energy-efficient packaging machinery.
“This partnership is a milestone in NSSPL’s journey to deliver complete solutions from farm to fork,” said Yogesh Dahiya, Managing Director of NSSPL. “By joining hands with VH Vertical Packaging, we are enhancing our ability to serve clients with world-class packaging technology, perfectly complementing our processing systems for French fries and specialty potato products.”
The joint effort is designed to meet the rising global demand for ready-to-eat and frozen potato products, where packaging plays a crucial role in maintaining product quality, shelf life, and consumer appeal.
VH Vertical Packaging’s technology offers a variety of formats—including gusseted pouches, block-bottom bags, and pillow packs—integrated with high-speed vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machines. The systems feature advanced sealing technology and are designed for durability, freshness, and operational cost-efficiency, all while promoting sustainability through energy-saving features.
“The cooperation of VH and NSSPL is based on the common values of our family-owned companies,” noted the Director of VH Vertical Packaging. “We started the cooperation in April 2024 and immediately there was a good feeling about our shared commitment to quality and service. Our first year together resulted in several projects, and we look forward to big next steps.”
The partnership underscores NSSPL’s ambition to deliver a fully integrated portfolio for the food sector, extending from cold storage and raw material handling to processing and now advanced packaging technologies.
