Europatat Congress 2020 Announces Registrations Open and Keynote Speaker

Europatat, the European Potato Trade Association, has opened registration for the upcoming annual Europatat Congress that will take place in Brussels, Belgium between June 10-12, 2020.
On June 11, participants will hear be reviewing the different activities of Europatat during the meetings of the various Commissions (early & ware potatoes, packers, seed potatoes, technical and regulatory issues and RUCIP).
Under the slogan “A new age for potatoes”, the Europatat Congress will explore on June 12 the possibilities and barriers to successfully make the digitalization in the potato sector. The Congress will count with the participation of Andrew Grill, practical Futurist and Former IBM Global Managing Partner, as the keynote speaker.
Unlike traditional Futurists, who paint a picture of the future in 10, 20 or even 50 years’ time, Grill delivers practical advice in every session. 100% digital, Andrew believes that “to get digital you need to be digital” and his engaging keynotes provide actionable insights on how to achieve corporate goals on a global and long-lasting scale.
The Congress will bring together other key speakers from both the business and EU institutions that will share with the audience their insights on the ecological benefits and economic potential that digitalization can offer to companies.
