KRONEN Highlights Modular Processing Technology At Fruit Logistica 2026

From February 4 to 6, 2026, KRONEN will present a broad portfolio of processing machines and system solutions for the industrial handling of fruit, vegetables, salad leaves, and other fresh foods at Fruit Logistica in Berlin. The company will exhibit at stand A-20 in Hall 1.1.
The German processing technology supplier will use the show to demonstrate how modern equipment can combine efficiency, hygiene, and consistent product quality in industrial fresh-cut operations. KRONEN supplies customers in more than 120 countries and works with sales partners in over 80 markets worldwide, with a modular approach that allows processors to scale from semi-automated installations to fully integrated production lines.
“Our customers worldwide are facing the challenge of juggling and mastering ever-increasingly hygiene standards, flexible product demands, and growing efficiency requirements. Our KRONEN team strives to successfully tackle this challenge by developing made-to-measure processing technology that is reliable, innovative, and perfectly designed for its specific practical application,” said Stephan Zillgith, Spokesman of KRONEN’s Management Board. “Fruit Logistica provides us with the ideal location to discuss new ideas with our customers and partners and to show them our innovative solutions.”
Live Demonstrations Of Industrial Fresh-Cut Technology
At the stand, KRONEN will focus on practical, application-oriented solutions for hygienic and efficient fresh-cut processing. A selection of high-performance standalone machines will be shown in live operation, most of which can also be integrated into complete processing line concepts.
The equipment on display will include belt cutting machines, cube, strip and slice cutters, semi-automatic cutting systems, cabbage cutting machines, washing and disinfecting units, spin-dryers for cut products, and packaging solutions supplied in cooperation with GKS Packaging. KRONEN will also present a newly developed automatic basket carousel system designed to enable rapid hygienic basket changes after washing and to reduce product loss.
Weighing Technology Added By iWEIGH
For the first time, Dutch weighing specialist iWEIGH will participate at the KRONEN stand. The company will present weighing solutions for food processing, including trolley scales for combined weighing and packaging operations, as well as tabletop scales for precise portioning. These systems can be integrated into KRONEN processing lines to support improved efficiency and process control.
Practical Focus For Global Processors
Visitors to the stand will be able to see machines and processes operating live and discuss application-specific requirements with KRONEN’s international team. Culinary demonstrations will also take place during the show, with fresh products prepared on site by KRONEN’s trade show chef Andreas Eigner.
