TNA Targets Labour And Efficiency Pressures With Intelligent Line Design At Interpack

TNA Solutions will use Interpack 2026 in Düsseldorf to advance a clear message to food manufacturers: innovation must simplify, not complicate, operations.
Exhibiting in Hall 14 (Stand C56 & D56) from 7–13 May at Messe Düsseldorf, the Australia-headquartered supplier of integrated food processing and packaging systems will present what it describes as “intelligent, integrated solutions” designed to help snack and confectionery producers increase efficiency without adding operational burden.
“Food manufacturers are under pressure to deliver more consistent results with less waste — of time, energy and operator effort,” said Michael Jonson, CEO of TNA Solutions. “At interpack, we’ll show how simplicity in design and operation, translates into real, tangible gains across the entire production line: faster changeovers, fewer interruptions, lower maintenance demands and smarter upgrades that make sense for both new and existing equipment. Intelligent integration can be a game changer for food producers in 2026 and beyond.”
Line-Level Thinking Under Labour Pressure
Against a backdrop of persistent labour shortages and rising operating costs, TNA will emphasise line-level engineering over stand-alone machinery upgrades. The company argues that packaging, seasoning, distribution, processing and digital technologies deliver the greatest value when conceived as part of a connected ecosystem.
At the stand, visitors will see developments in TNA’s packaging portfolio alongside the new tna roflo® conveying technology. Live demonstrations will illustrate how integrated line design can support smoother product flow, reduce stoppages and accelerate recovery when production conditions shift.
For confectionery manufacturers, the company will highlight enhancements to its mogul systems. According to TNA, these upgrades focus on factory-floor priorities including improved energy efficiency, faster and easier cleaning to reduce downtime and labour input, and enhanced safety features aimed at mitigating contamination risk.
Process Control And Health-Driven Innovation
In parallel, TNA will showcase developments in its batch-frying technology. The company positions these advances as enabling greater process control and consistency, allowing producers to respond to health and wellness-driven product development while maintaining throughput and product quality parameters such as taste, texture and shelf appeal.
The emphasis reflects a broader industry shift towards process optimisation as a route to both cost control and product differentiation.
Digitalisation Designed For Operators
Digital integration will also feature prominently at the stand. While digital tools are increasingly embedded across food manufacturing, TNA argues that complexity can hinder adoption.
At Interpack, the company will demonstrate how digitalisation can support operators through clearer interfaces, improved visibility and more intuitive control systems.
A key exhibit will be tna intelli-assist™, described as an immersive extended-reality (XR) experience that enables visitors to visualise how line-level simplicity can improve performance across product flow, control points, system interaction and future upgrades when technologies are engineered holistically.
Forum Contributions And Philanthropic Initiative
Beyond the exhibition floor, TNA will contribute to the Interpack Spotlight Forum with two sessions.
On 9 May 2026, Simon Hill, Group Product Innovation Manager, and Ian Richards, Group Solution Specialist Manager – Packaging, will present “Where innovation meets simplicity: future-proofing packaging lines.”
On 10 May 2026, Simon Hill will lead a second session titled “Smarter food manufacturing through immersive intelligence,” exploring how XR, digital twins and connected intelligence can enhance operator capability, accelerate training, support predictive maintenance and reduce operational risk.
In parallel, TNA will run a ticket-to-donation initiative during the show. Customers registering via the company’s complimentary code will be entered into a draw for a free Interpack ticket. For each registration using TNA’s code, the company will donate the equivalent cost of a one-day Interpack ticket (€70) to the Nadia and Alf Taylor Foundation.
TNA Solutions will exhibit at Interpack 2026 in Hall 14, Stand C56 & D56, from 7–13 May in Düsseldorf.
