PepsiCo Romania has been designated the country’s number one top employer for the second consecutive year. The award recognizes the excellent working conditions offered by the company. What’s more, PepsiCo has also been certified as the second best top employer in Europe in 2019.
“This certification acknowledges the hard work HR teams and managers have put in in order to ensure our employees are constantly growing while exhibiting maximum potential every day. Moreover, it highlights the fact that we aim to improve not only in what we do, but also the way we work in order to answer employees’, but also our business’ needs in the future,” said Natalie Keast, HR Director East Balkans MU & CEGB Supply Chain.
In Romania, PepsiCo has been on the list of top employees since 2013, as the company is constantly investing in attracting new talent, but also in the development of future professionals while promoting an inclusive and ethical culture.
The award is offered by the Top Employers Institute, a global authority on recognizing excellence in people practices. The organization certifies companies by evaluating them first according to entry criteria. Once approved, firms are required to participate in the HR Best Practices Survey, which looks at over 600 people practices and is based on 10 topics which cover key HR themes. The global program has officially certified over 1500 top employees in 118 countries across five continents.
In related news, PepsiCo has also been recently recognized by the Ethisphere Institute as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies in 2019 due to its constant efforts to define and advance the standards of ethical business practices.
