Auspack 2019 to Bring Packaging and Processing Under One Roof Next Week
Auspack 2019 – a major trade show focusing on packaging and processing – will return to Melbourne, Australia next week between March 26-29.
Hosted at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Center, the event will bring together more than 350 exhibitors and 7,000 industry professionals. Auspack 2019 will also host a conference between March 26-27, which will tackle industry-relevant topics such as sustainability, alternative packaging, e-commerce, blockchain, industry 4.0 and a lot more.
Among the exhibitors at Auspack 2019, visitors will find Key Technology which will bring its Veryx optical sorter for the first time at an Australian trade show. The company says it can detect and remove defects and foreign bodies based on color, structure, shape and size or biochemical characteristic differences. Moreover, Heat and Control will also be part of the event, showing off their 450 Mastermatic compact fryer.
Mastermatic fryers can accurately control temperature and conveyor speed to uniformly fry a variety of snacks and prepared foods including French fries, pellet snacks and others. Also on display will be the latest X-ray system and metal detectors from Ishida and CEIA, including the Ishida IX-EN-2493 X-ray inspection system and the CEIA THS/MS21 multi-spectrum industrial metal detector.
During the event, the APPMA (Australian Packaging and Processing Machinery Association) will offer the 2019 Awards of Excellence which recognize industry excellence, innovation, leadership and best practices.
