Heat and Control will officially launch its new FastBack Symphony On-Machine Seasoning (OMS) system during Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 in Dubai. The unveiling is scheduled for Tuesday, 4 November 2025, at 11:30 a.m., at the company’s stand in Hall 3, Booth D304.

The event will include a presentation by Bobby Kane, General Manager for Western Europe, UK, and Middle East at Heat and Control, who will introduce the new system to the regional market. The launch marks the Middle East debut of the company’s latest seasoning technology, described under the tagline “One System, Endless Flavour.”

Designed to deliver enhanced performance and flexibility for snack manufacturers, the Symphony OMS continues Heat and Control’s tradition of engineering innovations that streamline processing and improve consistency. The company has positioned the new model as a major step forward in on-machine seasoning for high-capacity lines.

Following the official reveal, guests will be invited to join Heat and Control representatives for refreshments and discussions at the stand.

The Gulfood Manufacturing trade fair will take place 4–6 November 2025 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, gathering global equipment suppliers and food processors to showcase the latest developments in food production technology.
