70% Less Fat and 25% Fewer Calories For The Fresh ‘Go Free’ Potato Chips

JimmyAsh, a newcomer to the snack food industry, launched its signature Go Free brand at more than 400 Sprouts Farmers Market locations in the U.S. Sprouts now offers its newest mini-fries product in addition to all six flavors of the all-natural potato chips.
“Go Free and Sprouts are both committed to expanding access to nutritious food options. We are proud to partner with one of the nation’s leading grocery providers to advance this mission with the introduction of Go Free foods to its nationwide selection of innovative products with lifestyle-friendly ingredients,” Jamshid Ashourian, founder of JimmyAsh LLC, mentioned.
The flavor and crunch of popular potato chips are replicated in Go Free products, but they have much better nutritional values, with 25% fewer calories and 70% less fat. Go Free uses proprietary Pure Crisp technology, developed by parent firm JimmyAsh, in place of the deep-frying method employed by the producers of regular potato chips. The end product is an incredibly crunchy chip made from whole, freshly sliced potatoes that will appeal to consumers’ tastes, colors, textures, and mouthfeel.
Sea Salt Potato Chips, Sour Cream & Onion Potato Chips, Sweet Potato Chips, Barbecue Potato Chips, Mini Fries, and the brand-new Cheesy Mini Fries are all part of the current Go Free product lineup. The company debuted new packaging in January 2024, showcasing its use of unique technology to provide customers with a more fulfilling and well-balanced snack.
