Gen.G Partners with Idahoan Foods to Bring Out the Inner Couch Potato at PAX and DreamHack
Gamers all over the country can now take advantage of the newest cooperation that the international eSports group Gen.G has announced. Idahoan Foods is pleased to introduce the delectable ALL NEW Idahoan Potato Shreds, a novel snacking experience.
Fans can interact with the gamified Idahoan Potato Shreds stand at the upcoming gaming events PAX West, DreamHack Atlanta, PAX East, and C2E2.
The game designers Stanz and Raynday will be at these booths, and there will also be meet-and-greets and chances for fans to take pictures with the Idahoan Potato Shreds couch potato. Fans will also get the option to play Overcooked on the Nintendo Switch against Stanz and Raynday for the chance to win prizes, see Gen.G creators create content, participate in crowd raffles for gaming equipment and Shreds snack packs, and, most importantly, get free samples of Shreds products at the booth.
“We know that at these conventions, you can get tired quickly and need a quick boost of energy. Stopping by the Shreds booth at the upcoming PAXs, DreamHack, and C2E2 will provide that and more when you check out some of the fun things we have going on for fans who stop by. Gen.G is committed to forming partnerships that provide gamers with unique experiences that cater to their genuine desires, and in the case of massive conventions, that would be powering up with delicious food and a good time!” Martin Kim, CRO of Gen.G, mentioned.
According to Wesley Myer, Senior Director of Retail Marketing at Idahoan Foods, he and his colleagues are thrilled to travel across America with Gen.G to provide the flavor and practicality of Idahoan potatoes to hungry gamers at these bustling events.
“Hone your inner couch potato and try our new Idahoan Potato Shreds seasoned with Hidden Valley Original Ranch or Idahoan Triple Cheese Potato Shreds. Come hang out with us and our friends at Gen.G while playing some of your favorite games,” Myer declared.
Seattle will host PAX West from September 1–4, DreamHack Atlanta from December 15–17, Boston will host PAX East from March 21–24, 2024, and Chicago will host C2E2 from April 26–28.
