Lutosa’s 2019 Product Lineup for Foodservice Is Available

Lutosa is offering a range of potato products for players in the foodservice industry. The new specialities were unveiled during the SIAL trade show back in October.
This spring, Lutosa’s portfolio feature Cajun Wedges and Black Pepper & Salt Wedges skin-ons. The side dishes are coated with flavored gluten-free batter, which has the advantage of keeping them warmer for longer.
The rise in popularity in mini potatoes sees Lutosa launch Potato Crunchies, which offer a unique Bintje taste and have a crispy exterior. Also, they are gluten-free.
Lutosa is also capitalizing on the vegan trend with a its Veggie burger options which is made from shredded potatoes mixed with seven other vegetables including carrots, green beans, corn, red pepper, cauliflower and broccoli.
The company’s 2019 portfolio for foodsevice also includes Mini Pom’Churros (re-imagined Spanish churros), Suri potatoes (crinkle cut chips) and Spicy Krisspy Fries and a Natural Mashed Potatoes range (flakes, plain mash and gourmet mash).
