The Masser Family of Companies will introduce a new line of convenience potatoes at this year’s New York Produce Show, where the Pennsylvania-based grower–packer–shipper is exhibiting alongside Keystone Potato Products and the Pennsylvania Co-operative. The event runs from 2–4 December at the Javits Center in New York City.

According to the company, the new products will join the broader Side Delights portfolio and will be featured at booth 219. “Attendees to this year’s show can be among the first to check out the new line of Side Delights convenience potatoes at booth #219,” said Tiffany Readinger, Vice President of Sales and Category Management at MPC. “We are proud to showcase innovative convenience-focused potato products that are designed to surprise and delight the busy, time-stressed potato consumer.”

The three organisations—Masser Family of Companies, Keystone Potato Products and the Pennsylvania Co-operative—represent a substantial share of Pennsylvania’s potato sector. Together, they aim to improve service to retailers and support foodservice and institutional customers across package formats commonly required in the Northeast market.

The New York Produce Show and Conference, organised by the Eastern Produce Council and Produce Business magazine, brings together more than 400 exhibitors and features educational programmes and local industry tours.
