REALLY Crunchy Fries is Lamb Weston’s Latest Potato Innovation

Developed particularly for the OOH (out-of-home) channel, REALLY Crunchy Fries are vegan-friendly and have one of the lowest CO2 impacts of any popular cuisine, with only 0.5-0.6kg of carbon output per kilo of fries produced – lower than pasta, rice, and bread.
REALLY Crunchy Fries are offered in a 9x9mm skin-on serve with a 6% smaller carbon footprint than comparable skin-off fries, as well as 6x6mm and 9x9mm skin-off alternatives.
Furthermore, these novel new fries have the added benefit of keeping their heat for more than 30 minutes, setting a new standard for takeaway and home delivery channels. Also, they are allergen-free and ideal for healthier cooking methods like oven preparation, according to British Frozen Food Federation experts.
“Expectations on food service operators have never been higher. Guests want to be wowed like never before and every element of a dish needs to deliver a great quality sensory experience that goes beyond just taste! Our industry-leading innovations in frozen fries over the past 25 years have created a legacy for world-famous potato solutions in quality, taste, and heat-holding capabilities, but now the time is right to elevate the fry experience to a new standard in indulgent, sensory potato enjoyment!” Lamb Weston’s UK Marketing Manager, Pete Evans, said.
