Northwest Food and Beverage World Coming to Washington in February

Northwest Food and Beverage World 2020 will take place between February 17-19, 2019 at the Spokane Convention Center in Spokane, Washington.
Hosted by Food Northwest, the conference offers dynamic educational content focused on best practices and continuous improvement for the food industry. The 120,000 sqft. exhibit hall will showcase the latest cutting-edge technology, production line equipment, packaging, hygiene, and construction services plus innovation to support the industry.
Expanded educational offerings in 2020 will concentrate on best practices and continuous improvement. Gary Hirshberg of Stonyfield Farm will deliver the keynote. Breakout sessions will address topics such as sustainability, sanitary design, traceability, transcritical CO2 refrigeration systems, energy savings and more. Attendees include every sector of the food industry including frozen, fresh, canned, dairy, bakery, seafood, meat, produce and specialty, as well as industry-specific suppliers.
Food Northwest, formerly the Northwest Food Processing Association (NWFPA), is a trade association whose mission is to advance the future of wholesome, safe and nutritious food from the Pacific Northwest region. Organized in 1914, Food Northwest supports the food processing industry in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
