This year’s agenda includes presentations touching on several important topics for us in four track sessions: business development, food safety, emerging technologies, operations and technical affairs, and energy and sustainability.
The attendants will have the opportunity to attend presentations on key trends from manufacturing and food processing leaders and guest speakers, including keynotes by Jake Nichol, CEO and President (Retired) of The Leatherman Group, who will speak on global competition, and Paula Marshall, CEO of The Bama Companies, who will address how to create food safety culture.
Throughout the course of three days there’s time dedicated to networking, plus special events, the attendants will have a chance to raise their profile and develop their relationships and contacts, including peers who may be interested in working for the company.
Key food processing industry professionals from across the country and around the world attend Expo, like CEOs, plant managers, purchasing managers, production and quality assurance managers, engineers, and sales/marketing managers as well as production mechanics.
In recent years, approximately 4,000 people have attended the event, according to the organizers.
