As part of a comprehensive plan to expand its manufacturing capacity worldwide, FPS Food Process Solutions formally established its Asia Pacific Headquarters in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. The 43,000-square-meter facility will serve the Asia Pacific region.

“To stay competitive in this market, we need to increase our manufacturing capability while decreasing customer costs. The new Asia Pacific Headquarters will help us to do that – utilizing our engineering know-how and design theories, we aim to grow our footprint, focusing on China’s growing food processing market and potential growth opportunities in Asia,” Jeffrey Chang, President, FPS Food Process Solutions Corp., mentioned.

North America (Canada and the USA) is still the region with the highest manufacturing, and the demand for food processing equipment is primarily driven by US consumers. There are plans to grow in Europe and Latin America, providing a pool of potential clients with a domestic and international reach. Given that diversification is a major motivator for the business, a long-term, forward-looking approach is essential.
