Tomra Names North America Regional Sales Director for Its Processed Food Business Area

Tomra Food has strengthened its commitment to supporting and delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers in the U.S. and Canada by naming Sean Slevin as the Regional Sales Director of Tomra Processed Food, a division of Tomra Food, in North America.
This follows Michael Ehr’s appointment as Regional Sales Manager of Tomra Processed Food for North America, Tomra’s largest single market, in 2021.
Sean has been with Tomra Food and the food industry for 17 years, holding positions in Europe and Asia. His most recent post was as Tomra Processed Food’s Regional Sales Director, Asia-Pacific, where he formed the regional team and significantly increased the business. Tomra Food established itself as a market leader and preferred partner among Japanese, South Asian, and Indian clientele. Sean now applies his experience to the North American market, leveraging his engineering and commercial talents with an agricultural background.

According to Ken Moynihan, CEO of Tomra Processed Food, the company has created regional hubs and is strengthening its teams to get closer to customers and to be faster and more proactive in the support it provides.
“In addition to expanding our North American service team, we have created new central technical support roles, a specialized steam peeling team, a more localized service team, and a new customer relationship function. Sean’s great experience and customer focus will help Tomra increase its already-fantastic customer base in North America and help our customers generate maximum value from their Tomra solutions,” Moynihan concluded.
