PFI Parent Company Recognized with Business Impact Award

Precision Inc., the parent company of PFI (Precision Food Innovations) and PPI (Precision Pulley and Idler) was recently distinguished with the 2019 Business Impact Award. The ceremony was held at the Central College Graham Conference Center located in Pella, Iowa where the Pella Area Community & Economic Alliance (PACE) hosted their 2019 Annual Membership event.
The Business Impact Award recognizes businesses that contribute to the communities in significant ways. This year the distinction went to Precision Inc.
“The company has shown admirable leadership in their field of work through product development, continued expansion into different markets, international business, and the drive for success as an employee-owned company. Precision is truly a leader within their industry. We are proud they are headquartered in Pella, Iowa,” said Karen Eischen, executive director of PACE.
Commenting on the event, Brian Simpson – vice president of sales and marketing at PPI noted “It was an honor for Precision Inc. to receive this award. Being an ESOP company, our employees and communities are very important to us. By giving back and supporting our communities, we are not only invested in the areas we have facilities in, but we also invest in our people, their families and neighbors.”
