Tolsma-Grisnich and the Invaro Group will collaborate in the area of optical sorting of potatoes and onions as of May 1, 2024. With this agreement, Tolsma-Grisnich and the Invaro Group are starting a rigorous joint venture.
Tolsma-Grisnich will handle all worldwide sales and services for Schouten Optica Q and Optica CS as part of this partnership. The Invaro Group will persist in its emphasis on the advancement and manufacturing of Optica machinery and technology.
Both businesses are industry leaders in the fields of horticulture and agriculture, specializing in developing cutting-edge methods for processing and storing potatoes and onions, among other products. They have established a strong foundation of quality and consumer trust because of their decades of combined experience and good reputations.
